Detection requirements:

• There are many confined space working environments in the shipyard, and fixed gas detectors need to be installed to mainly detect oxygen and combustible gas. It will be better if there’s a device can detect both gases at the same time. The dust content in the shipyard is heavy, so the device needs to effectively filter 3μm dust.
• Transmit the detected data to the ship platform through Lora wireless signals.

According to customer requirements, we added a filter that can effectively block PM2.5 dust particles in the air chamber, and it is convenient for disassembly and cleaning, can be recycled.
• Equipped with a built-in Lora module for SG100-D, the detection data can be wirelessly transmitted to the ship platform. In addition to the Lora wireless transmission required by customers, the SG100 series also supports 4G wireless transmission to meet the diverse needs of customers.
